Posting of identical items is to be limited to 2 catagories only. Putting a different title on the same post does not make it a different item.

Renewing of items before they expire to keep them on top of the listings is not allowed.

All items posted for sale or any advertising must be for items or businesses located in this area. Such as selling a piece of property in this area for example or you own a physical business located within this area. *The South East Kansas area includes the following counties in Kansas: Allen, Anderson, Barber, Bourbon, Butler, Chautauqua, Chase, Cherokee, Coffey, Crawford, Cowley, Elk, Greenwood, Harper, Harvey, Kingman, Labette, Linn, Lyon, Marion, McPherson, Montgomery, Neosho, Prat, Reno, Rice, Sedgwick, Stafford, Sumner, Wilson, and Woodson. In Missouri: McDonald, Newton, Jasper, Barton, Barry, Lawrence, Dade, Green, Christian, Stone, Taney, Vernon, and Bates counties. In Oklahoma: Ottawa, Craig, Nowata, Washington, Osage, and Kay counties.  3. Any members sending spam to other users will get you immediately reported to your ISP. *Spam is defined as any unwanted e-mail or solicitation not pertaining directly to items posted on ParsonsClassifieds.com. Also please take note of the posting rules on the "terms and conditions" page. All rules are strictly enforced. We reserve the right to modify these rules at anytime.
